Challenger chose to partner with Bluestone for our proven commitment to driving the development objectives of our clients. Bluestone’s role is to manage the marketing campaign to seek and negotiate with prospective tenants to occupy all or part of the approved 32,910sqm (internal floor space) masterplanned estate.
Bluestone has been successful in securing a substantial pre-lease enquiry on behalf of Challenger and is managing the development and delivery of this custom 20,200sqm distribution centre leased to Bunzl Australasia. The project will see several of Bunzl’s business units combine into one facility which benefits from high cubic and pallet capacity through huge internal clearance.
Bluestone is continuing to work with the appointed agents and manage the marketing of the estate in order to secure a tenant for the residual development area on the site. Bluestone will then work with Challenger and the prospective tenant to delivery the new facility.
